Figuring It All Out, lol...

I am switching things up a bit, still trying figure out a colour scheme. I *think* I have finally settled on everything, YaY!!!! I really wanted something classic, fresh, clean, modern yet elegant, I think the Grey/White/Black takes care of all those things, lol. Still working the kinks out on my blog, but my website is done(with the exception of adding a new gallery). I have gotten in contact with an AMAZING designer who is going to crank out a kick-butt logo. She sent me two samples today, oh my word is she talented ;) Other than that things are going well. I have a couple of sessions lined up this week so I am really excited about those. I have also started booking weddings for this year, so if you are getting married or know someone who is, please by all means send them this way ;)

I have loved photography for a long time, but it really kicked into gear with the birth of my first child. I was seeing first hand how quickly she was reaching those oh-so precious milestones. I wanted to capture those moments and freeze them in time. I was able to accomplish this with my camera. With the birth of each of my children it occurred to me more and more that there were very few options for professional portraits that allowed my childrens personalities to shine. Of course there were the traditional chain portrait studios, but that wasn't my family or our style. This began my journey from being a mom with a camera to a photographer. Whether it's the essence of your growing belly, the innocence of your newborn or the curiosity of your child, I look foward to helping you create portraits that reflect you and your family's style.
